If you have any problems or queries regarding OpenBay Pro and cannot find the answers in our knowledge base, please don't hesitate to contact us as we have an amazing support team here waiting to help. Simply create a support ticket (see below) with your problem/query and one of our support team members will be in touch as soon as possible. Creating a Support Ticket
To create a support ticket, click the Sign in / Sign up button at the top right of the screen. When signing up, enter your email address and a name (optional) and click the Sign Up Button. An email will be sent to your email address asking you to set a password. After logging in, click the Tickets button at the top of the screen followed by the New Ticket button that appears.
